Our Wedding Day

I am officially Mrs Kelly Spinks ... the day was perfect, over far too quickly - but so enjoyable. I laughed and smiled all day, and danced all night!

I stayed at the hotel the evening before with my Auntie Julie - Bridesmaid extraordinaire and my parents. We set up all the name cards and things on the tables in the marquee, then had a lovely meal and a bottle of champagne and off we went for an early night. After a nytol and plenty of giggling with Julie, I actually got a decent amount of sleep and woke at 5am. Julie was fab, cuppa tea in bed and a natter for a cpl of hours. We were married at 2pm and everything was perfect. Here are some of my favourite photos taken by friends & relatives on the day........

Busy two weeks ....

Hello world ......

What a busy few weeks since I last wrote. Christmas celebrations, wedding celebrations, New Year celebrations and almost at Honeymoon time .... :-)

So - now I AM Mrs Spinks ..... Mrs Spinks with a cold and tummy bug, but Mrs Spinks all the same.

Christmas was the usual flurry of travel and mayhem, Christmas Eve with my parents, my aunt and uncle and their two girls - watched The Nativity, then Julie & I dyed my wedding hair extensions and we had a hotpot and a giggle. Christmas day, awake by 8.30am, presents by 9.00am, breakfast by 10.00am and dinner by 1.30pm with Grandparents, Uncle Mike, and my family. My Granddad Webster was missing this year as he has been poorly and wanted to stay away so no one got poorly for the wedding.

In the afternoon we travelled to Telford, collected Mikey & Jacub and spent the evening at Gordon's Mum's - lovely food, hours of presents and fun and all snuggled up by her lovely fire - cosy and warm.

Boxing day was spent at Susan's with her partner's two children and in the evening at Rach's with some friends, I left Gordon in Telford and had my last single girl kiss on Boxing Day.
